Service codes and modifiers

Service codes & modifiers

Service codes live inside the event, keeping scheduling, documentation, and billing aligned end-to-end.

Roles and permissions

Roles and permissions, exactly as your practice works

BCBAs, RBTs and admin staff each get access that matches their role. Build your own roles when the built in ones aren't enough.

Where can I learn how to use DashTrial?
Every paid plan includes a live onboarding session, a searchable help center, and office-hour webinars every Thursday. Most teams are live in under a week.
Can I share data with my paraprofessionals and assistants?
Yes. Role-based access lets you invite paras and assistants with scoped permissions — they can collect data without seeing caseload-wide reports.
Can you track data for multiple students simultaneously?
Yes. Group sessions support up to eight students with per-student data streams. Switch between students with one tap, and each keeps its own timers and targets.
Is DashTrial HIPAA compliant? Will you sign a BAA?
Yes. DashTrial is built for HIPAA compliance, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every organization, on every plan, including Free. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role, and all clinical and administrative activity is logged.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on active learners. The Free plan includes 5 active learners and 5 staff seats, and stays free. Pro removes every limit, at $10 per active learner per month. Archived learners are not billed. Get in touch and we will set Pro up for your organization.
