Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
DashTrial builds data-collection software for ABA clinicians. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this marketing website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Use of the DashTrial product itself is covered by your organization’s separate agreement with us.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — for example, your name, work email, organization, and any message you include when you request a demo, submit a form, or contact us. Providing this information is voluntary, but some of it is needed for us to respond to your request.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
This marketing website is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI). Please do not include any patient, learner, or client health information in forms or messages you send us here. Handling of PHI within the DashTrial product is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement — see our HIPAA & BAA page.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide the demos or materials you ask for, to operate, maintain, and improve the website, to measure and understand site performance, and to send you communications you have asked to receive. We may also use it as needed to protect the security of the site and to comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who perform work on our behalf — for example, companies that host our website, process form submissions, send email, or provide analytics. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of DashTrial, our users, or the public. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site secure, and measure how it is used so we can improve it. Some cookies are necessary for the site to function; others are optional and used for analytics.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Detailed product security practices are described on our Security page.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in each message.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for clinicians and organizations, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
